• Coats & clothing: size up if your dog has thick fur, true-to-measurement otherwise.

Most PoochBud items are machine washable on a gentle cycle in cold water. Air dry flat - never tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Always check the product label first.

Beds and blankets with removable covers: unzip, wash separately, reassemble dry.

Harnesses and leashes: hand wash in cold soapy water, air dry, check stitching and hardware regularly.

Chew toys: inspect weekly and replace once stuffing, seams, or squeakers start to break down. Even tough chewers eventually win.

Will my dog actually like it? Most dogs warm up within a couple of days. Place it somewhere familiar, let them sniff, pair with a treat or a calm moment. If your dog hasn't taken to it within a week, send it back (unused) within the 30-day window.

Is it safe to leave my dog with it unsupervised? For beds, blankets, harnesses, and coats: yes. For chew toys: supervise the first couple of sessions to see how your dog plays, and replace once parts start to come apart.
