Track your order

Where is my order?

Every PoochBud order is processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track it on the carrier's site.

How to track

  • Option 1: from your email. Open the "Your order has shipped" email and click the "Track your order" button. This is the fastest way to see live updates.
  • Option 2: from your account. If you created an account at checkout, log in and open the order to see its status and tracking link.
  • Option 3: by tracking number. Take the tracking number from the email and paste it into the carrier's tracking page:

I have not received a tracking email

If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and you have not received a shipping confirmation:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from support@poochbud.com
  • Confirm you used the correct email address at checkout
  • If neither of the above resolves it, email us with your order number and we will resend the tracking link

Tracking has not updated in several days

Carrier scans can pause for 1 to 2 days while a package moves between facilities. This is normal. If tracking has not moved for 7 business days for a US order, or 14 business days for an international order, email support@poochbud.com with your order number and we will open a carrier trace.

My order says delivered but I have not received it

This usually means the package was left in a less obvious spot, or scanned as delivered slightly early. Please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Check porches, side doors, garages, and any package lockers
  3. Wait 24 hours; late deliveries are common
  4. If it has still not arrived, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to file a claim or send a replacement
