Here is how PoochBud ships orders, what each shipping option includes, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

Where we ship

PoochBud ships to the United States and select international destinations. The full list of supported countries appears at checkout.

Handling time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days, cut-off time is 4pm US central time. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing on the next business day. Larger items such as dog beds may take an additional day to pack.

Shipping options and rates

Available shipping methods, rates, and free-shipping thresholds are calculated live at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and any promotions in effect at the time. All prices are in US dollars.

Transit time

Transit times shown at checkout are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. They begin from the date your order ships, not the date you place it. International transit time depends on the destination country and customs clearance speed.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received it within 3 business days of placing the order, check your spam folder, then email support@poochbud.com with your order number.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. PoochBud has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your country's customs office for details before ordering.

If you refuse a package due to customs charges and it is returned to us, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including apartment numbers and any country-specific formatting. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to confirm a corrected address and re-ship. The customer is responsible for re-shipment cost in that case.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days after shipment within the US, or 14 business days for international orders, email support@poochbud.com with your order number. We will open a carrier trace immediately.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged or the contents are damaged, take a photo of both the box and the item, then email support@poochbud.com within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

Order changes after shipment

Once an order has been handed to the carrier we cannot intercept, redirect, or update it. If you need to change a shipping address after shipment, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Carriers we use

Domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS and other partner carriers, selected automatically based on package weight and destination etc. International orders ship via USPS International and partner carriers.

Holiday and peak-season delays

During major holidays and the November to December peak, carrier transit times can extend by 2 to 5 business days due to volume. International customs processing can also slow down during this period. We do our best to flag this on the site when it applies.
