If you're between sizes:
- Beds & blankets: size up for a cozy cave feel, down for a snug nest.
- Harnesses & collars: snug, not pinching - you should fit two fingers under any strap.
- Coats & clothing: size up if your dog has thick fur, true-to-measurement otherwise.

Most PoochBud items are machine washable on a gentle cycle in cold water. Air dry flat - never tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Always check the product label first.
Beds and blankets with removable covers: unzip, wash separately, reassemble dry.
Harnesses and leashes: hand wash in cold soapy water, air dry, check stitching and hardware regularly.
Chew toys: inspect weekly and replace once stuffing, seams, or squeakers start to break down. Even tough chewers eventually win.
